Ways to Pay

The easiest way to manage your payments is to enroll in Autopay. You can also choose to pay your mortgage using a bill pay service, mailing a check or by phone. 

Autopay

Set it and forget it with Autopay. Enroll today to have your monthly payments drafted automatically each month. If you have a change in  your payment amount because of escrow or for any other reason, we'll adjust your payment amount automatically. We'll let you know of any change beforehand.

Payment Service

If you use your bank’s payment service, please allow enough time before your due date to make sure the payment posts on time.  Keep in mind you may not see your payment post to your account on the same day it was sent.

Mail

You can mail a check made payable to Onity Mortgage. Include your payment coupon and indicate if you’re making additional principal or escrow payments. Mail your payment 5-7 business days before it’s due so it arrives in time.

Phone

Make a phone payment by calling 1-833-632-4655 and follow the prompts or you can speak to an agent to make a payment. Please note there may be a fee to process your payment with an agent.

Paying by phone with an agent is entirely optional and, unless otherwise specified, involves a fee retained in whole or in part by Onity Mortgage. There are alternative methods of payment involving no fee, mailing a check, or scheduling monthly bank account debits with Autopay. Late fees may be incurred if a payment is not received within the grace period regardless of payment method.
